"What Does The Bible Teach" Text
People think many things. There are a lot of opinions and beliefs. Where did these opinions and beliefs come from? What started them? What led them? There is an Absolute Truth. It may not be popular and It may not be understood but It is Truth. What does the Bible teach? Don't base the Teachings of the Bible on the teachings of people. Where did they learn? What did they learn? Who or what taught them? Are they teaching you what the Bible actually teaches? What does the Bible teach? The Bible teaches God knew us before we were born. He created us in the womb. (Psalm 139:13, Jeremiah 1:5) The Bible says Worship God His Way. (John 4:24) The Bible says God blessed the seventh day during the creation week. (Genesis 2:3) The Bible says says honor the Sabbath. (Exodus 20:8, Deuteronomy 5:14, Isaiah 56:2, Mark 2:27-28, etc) The Bible says keep the Ten Commandments. (John 14:15, Matthew 19:17-19, John 14:21, Matthew 5:17-19, Luke 11:28, 1 Corinthians 7:19, Revelation 22:14, etc) The Bible says Jesus was crucified on the preparation day to a High Sabbath (John 19:31). That was not the weekly Sabbath. The Bible says Jesus would be in the grave three days and three nights. (Matthew 12:40) That was the sign He is Who He said He is. The Bible teaches many things. It shows us the right way to live. Be careful what you believe.
