"What Are We Thankful For" Text

We all want things. We all wish for things. There is nothing wrong with wishing for things we do not have. But how much time do we spend thinking about that? Do we want it because someone else has it? What are we thankful for? How much time do we think about that? Life is tough. No argument there. But isn't there something we can be thankful for? We woke up today. Many didn't. We can breathe on our own. Many can't. Do we have a place to live? Many don't. Do we have electricity and plumbing? Many don't. Do we have food to eat? Many don't. Do we have someone that truly cares about us? Many don't. I can go on with examples of things to be thankful for. How much time are we thankful? How often do we say thank you? Let us be filled with thanks more than we are filled with wants. Let us always thank the Lord for all the good in our lives.
