"The Lord Answers Prayer" Text

The Lord hears us when we pray. He knows our needs even before we say it. Even though He knows everything, it is good to talk to the Lord in prayer. The Lord wants a relationship with us. It is an honor that we can talk to the Creator and that He hears us. I believe the Lord answers all prayers. He answers with a yes, a no, or a wait. Wait can also mean He has something better planned. We always want a yes. We do not like no or wait. The Lord does not always answer in the ways we expect or want Him to. The Lord sees the big picture. We see part of the picture. The Lord knows us better than we know ourselves (even when we think we know ourselves). I also believe sometimes we miss His Answer because of our lack of understanding or because we are distracted. Sometimes the Lord works things out in ways we do not expect. It is always in His Timing. Never our timing. I am often slow to understand the Lord's Answers but I know He hears us. Whatever you are going through, hang in there.
