"Life Is Not Fair" Text

Why do some seem to have perfect lives while others constantly suffer? Why do some have many people that support them while others have no one? Life is not fair. There is no doubt about that. No one's life is perfect with no problems at all. But for many, all they know is pain and suffering. Some have more on them than they can bare. Have you ever taken your frustrations out on someone that had nothing to do with it? Have you ever had someone take their frustrations out on you when you did nothing wrong? It hurts doesn't it? Life is hard enough without us adding to the pain of others. How many times do we replay conversations that hurt us? How often do we overthink situations that caused us misery? Why is it so hard to let it go? Going over it in our heads does not change things. All that does is delay our healing. We need to let it go. We need to stop rehashing it in our heads. That is never easy. But we have to do it. It takes time to let things go. Some can do it easier than others. It is not good to relive the pain. We need to heal. Do not let others lay their hurt on you. Easier said than done. Do not feel guilty if you did nothing wrong. Again, easier said than done. We need to forgive, release, and let it go. For me, that starts with prayer.
