"Don't Honor These Days" Text

"Abstain from every form of evil." (1 Thessalonians 5:22) "Have no fellowship with the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather even reprove them." (Ephesians 5:11) "Beloved, don’t imitate that which is evil, but that which is good. He who does good is of God. He who does evil hasn’t seen God." (3 John 11) "You can’t both drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons. You can’t both partake of the table of the Lord and of the table of demons." (1 Corinthians 10:21) Look up Deuteronomy 18:10-12, Leviticus 19:31, Leviticus 7:26-27, and Exodus 22:18. There is nothing innocent about all souls day or day of the dead. There is nothing innocent about all saints day. There is nothing innocent about halloween. It is evil. Have you ever looked into the history? Have you ever looked into the background? Have you ever looked into the traditions? Even if you celebrate in an innocent way, halloween is dark. It is evil. If you want to dress up in sweet or innocent things, do it another day. If you want candy, do it another day. Do them for other reasons. You cannot celebrate these days and honestly follow the Lord. You cannot add the Lord to these dark days. It does not matter if you try to celebrate in ways that supposedly honor the Lord. We must not celebrate these days. I used to celebrate halloween before I knew what it actually was about. Who is your Authority?
