“Yesterday Is Over. Today Is Today.” Text
Yesterday may have been the worst day ever. But yesterday is over. Today is a new day. We need to not dwell on all the bad things that happened yesterday. It is often hard to let it go. Our thoughts keep going back to it. Our emotions rise up. But if we keep dwelling on it, we will get stuck in it. We do not want to be stuck in the negative. Let us try to move on. It will not be easy. But let us remember. Yesterday is over. Today is today.
