“Why Do We Doubt” Text
The Lord gave me the title for this first. I did not know if it was a message or a poem. I feel like it is both. The poem is published in my new book “Keep Holding On Book of Poems” (ISBN: 978-1-105-50957-5).
Why Do We Doubt

Why do we doubt?
Are we doubting now?
Is it fear?
Is it unbelief?
What are we afraid of?
What do we believe in?
Do we want control?
What are we trying to control?
Do we really believe something came from nothing?
Does that even make any sense?
Do we believe we are an accident?
Do we think there is no purpose in life?
Is it that hard to believe there is a Creator?
Is it really hard to believe He created us?
Nothing cannot spark something.
Something or Someone had to start it.
There has to be a Creator.
Nothing else makes sense.
Things are too complex.
They could not come from nothing.
Do we believe there is a Creator?
If we do, why do we doubt Him?
Believing in the Creator does not make us weak.
Believing gives strength when we have no strength.
We may doubt sometimes.
But let us not stay in doubt too long.
