***Book of Ezekiel*** Gottlieb Beit Midrash 5786 -
Scripture: Ezekiel 2-3
“Ben Adam” בֶּן-אָדָם means human being.
Ezekiel was called son of man because he saw the Celestial of God.
God reminded him He was God
Son of man means a man among men
Daniel 7:13 refers to the Messiah.
Book of Enoch.
When Jesus walked around saying the Son of Man, Jews understood that as reference to the Messiah.
1 Corinthians 15:45
Ezekiel’s mission was to go to the rebellious house of Israel and their fathers.
Regardless if they listen, how they think, how they treat him, he is supposed to say what God said.
If you walk with God you survive.
Part of Ezekiel’s mission was to speak God’s Judgments on Israel.
Adam can be a man or it can be mankind.
It can mean all of us.
We share the Gospel and see very little fruit but don’t worry about that.
You do what you are supposed to do.
Jesus said you may be children of Abraham but unless you believe in Me you will not be saved.
Jews see themselves as Israel.
Jews and Israel are used interchangeably.
God doesn’t make a mistake.
Jews of all tribes went back.
The 12 tribes mingled back with Judah.

There was always a remnant of Israel.
Jews refer to themselves as Jews and as Israel.
Jeremiah 15:16
Ezekiel was speaking the Pure Words of God to a rebellious people.
Revelation 10:9
His Presence doesn’t override our freewill.
You got to remember to stay humble.
We can get ourselves in trouble.
Man does not live by bread alone but by every Word of God.
As we read Torah we become Torah.
We all have a message to share and we need to share it.

We can’t object to God when He tells us to do something.

We’re still in the time of the gentiles but we are seeing prophetic signs.
God only created two nations: Israel and the other nations.
