Feast of Weeks Is About

Feast of Weeks (known as Shavuot or Pentecost) is a Biblical holiday. Read about it Leviticus 23:15-22 and Exodus 34:22. In the Old Testament, Feast of Weeks is about giving the Ten Commandments at Mount Sinai. It is also a wheat harvest celebration so the Book of Ruth is read. In the New Testament, Feast of Weeks is about the Holy Spirit descending on the Apostles.
