"Are We Distracted" Text
Are we distracted? What are we distracted from? What are we distracted to? What are we focusing on? What takes our focus away from the One that created us? Even good things are wrong if they are more important than the Lord. Anything and anyone can be an idol. Everything needs to be prioritized. Our first focus should be on the Lord. If we follow Him, we need to honor Him by doing all we can to live His Way. We need to turn from our wrong ways. We can be forgiven if we ask for His Forgiveness with a sincere heart. That does not mean ask for forgiveness then intentionally do the same thing again. Repentance has to be sincere. Repentance is not a one time thing. Every time we do wrong in the Lord's Sight, we need to ask His Forgiveness with a sincere heart. God knows if we mean it. How distracted are we? We all get distracted sometimes. But are we allowing the distractions to lead us away from what is important?
