January 2nd Thoughts (Every day is a battle)

Every day is a battle. For me, one of the battles is the stomach vs the pain. If the pain wins, I take pain medicine. If the stomach wins, I don't. There is always a battle of what my emotions say to do vs what I know is right to the Lord. Sometimes, I win that battle. Sometimes, my emotions win that battle. I try to be quick to ask His Forgiveness when I do wrong. So much is going on physically and emotionally. Whatever your battle is, please do not give up. Hang in there. Keep trying. Some moments are easier than others. Reach out. I know someone cares. Sometimes it is hard to find someone that truly cares but I know there are caring people out there. I may not be able to do much but I can listen and I can pray. The Lord sees what we go through. Remember, no one is unimportant.
