"Family Found" starts off with Ty (16) and Nick (7) in a motel room. Their parents are dead. Ty asks Nick if he still wants to act. Nick says he wants to sing. Two years later, they meet Gabriel (18) on the set of a movie. Jeremy (23) finds Ty and Nick. He informs them he has the same father. Jeremy buys a house for him, Ty, and Nick to live in. Jeremy considers Gabriel his brother as well. Gabriel loses everything in a fire. Jeremy has Gabriel move in with them. Jeremy asks Wayne to find the father Gabriel never knew. Wayne finds Gabriel's father (Chris), brother (Jye), plus uncles and cousins. Jye says since Gabriel considers Jeremy, Ty, and Nick his brothers they are his brothers too. Chris and Jye move in with Gabriel, Jeremy, Ty, and Nick. Gabriel's family consider Jeremy, Ty, and Nick their family. Chris treats Ty as his son. Jye treats the three as his brothers.

Chris treats Ty and Nick as his sons. Wayne watches out for Ty and Gabriel. Chris says Gabriel, Ty, and Nick are not to work. Gabriel and Ty find it hard to do nothing. They want to help. Gabriel and Ty try to heal from the pain of their past.
