PEARL

GABRIEL
So we can’t be adopted?
PEARL

Pearl walks off. Ty sits on the bed by the left corner. Gabriel turns to face him.
GABRIEL
You rarely talk.
TY
No one cares what I think.
GABRIEL
I do.
Ty looks at Gabriel.
GABRIEL
You can always talk to me.
TY
